Facts & Data
This page sets out service conditions, public rule sources and case evidence status. DHL tracking screenshots have been added for selected cases and show delivery events. Cargo classification, original waybills, temperature curves and signed delivery receipts remain to be supplied. The screenshots are not used to claim temperature performance, calculate cross-time-zone transit duration or establish performance statistics, and historical events do not guarantee later shipments.
Evidence status
Company service descriptions, public rules, carrier tracking screenshots and outstanding original project records are identified separately. Cases with tracking evidence report only the visible carrier delivery status. Unverified cargo details, temperature performance and signed acceptance are not presented as validated tests or verified shipment statistics.
Historical information is for reference only. Prices, capacity, delivery milestones and documentation requirements must be confirmed for each shipment against the cargo, route and current carrier conditions.
Service conditions and evidence status
The information below explains service conditions and the evidence available. Tracking screenshots have been added for selected cases to show delivery events. They do not replace cargo classification records, temperature curves or signed delivery receipts, and are not presented as verified shipment statistics or validated test results.
Cold chain configuration and temperature records
Assess the target temperature range, packaging configuration, payload, ambient conditions and route. No original project temperature records have been supplied to verify transport performance or duration. Supplier packaging specifications do not establish the outcome of a GENORDA shipment.
GENORDA Warehousing and Handling in Hong Kong
GENORDA uses its own Hong Kong warehousing for consolidation, packing and shipment handover. The linked page shows premises information, personnel training and cargo handling photographs. Dangerous goods storage and handling must be checked against the actual premises licence and permitted scope.
Documentation and handover conditions between Hong Kong and the mainland
Document requirements may differ between Hong Kong and mainland origin channels, depending on cargo classification, transport mode and carrier review for each shipment. Comparable original records have not been provided; no quantified time savings, shipment sample counts or next-day delivery commitment are presented.
IATA Excepted Quantities (EQ): Eligibility
EQ uses codes E0–E5; E0 does not permit shipment as excepted quantities. For E1/E2/E3, the net quantity per inner package is limited to 30 g or 30 mL, and the total per outer package to 1,000, 500 or 300 g or mL respectively. For E4/E5, the inner-package limit is 1 g or 1 mL and the outer-package total is 500 or 300 g or mL respectively. An outer package is not the same as an overpack. Check the UN entry, packaging, marks, training and carrier conditions for the shipment.
Multi-Supplier Consolidation and Cost Comparison
Cargo from multiple suppliers can be collected and consolidated when cargo compatibility, packaging and carrier conditions allow. Consolidation may reduce separate collection and transport costs. Compare total charges for the same delivery scope; any savings depend on the actual quotation.
Historical Process Descriptions and Evidence Status
Selected cases now include DHL tracking screenshots under the company-confirmed mapping: the clinical sample case to Holbrook, New York; the Japan case to Tokyo; and the CRO case to Woburn via Boston. The screenshots show carrier delivery status. Mainland origins, cargo classification, original waybills, temperature curves and signed delivery receipts remain to be supplied. They do not establish temperature compliance, EQ eligibility, a count of separate orders or acceptance for future shipments. Other cases retain their own evidence status.
Clinical sample shipping to New York — tracking supplied
Tracking shows Delivered in Holbrook on 2026-09-17 at 16:00. This supports the carrier’s delivered status; it does not establish temperature compliance, product quality or a signed customer receipt. Evidence 03 shows dated collection, payment events, customs release and delivery. The original waybill, cargo documents, temperature curve and signed delivery receipt remain to be supplied.
Biological reagent shipping to Japan — tracking supplied
Tracking shows Delivered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, on 2026-08-20 at 15:48. This supports the carrier’s delivered status; it does not establish continuous −78°C conditions, sample quality or a signed laboratory receipt. Evidence 02 shows dated collection, customs release and delivery events. The original waybill, cargo documents, temperature curve and signed proof of delivery have not been supplied.
Small-batch, multi-product CRO shipping to the US — tracking supplied
Evidence 01 shows Delivered on 2026-09-21 at 13:35; evidence 06 shows Delivered on 2026-09-24 at 10:35. Evidence 04 and 05 also show Delivered, but their date headings are cropped out. These records do not establish EQ carriage, multi-product consolidation, a fixed dispatch frequency or cost savings. Four DHL tracking screenshots have been supplied. Waybill numbers, the cargo list, MSDS, packaging details and signed delivery receipts remain to be supplied. Image count is not treated as a count of separate orders. For temperature-controlled projects, the corresponding temperature curve is still needed; these screenshots do not verify temperature performance.
Pesticide cargo via Hong Kong — records pending
The case notes describe consolidation in Shenzhen and a Hong Kong sea-freight departure. Port-to-port and door-to-door measurements cover different stages. Original timing records have not been provided, so no actual transit duration is stated.
Shipment questions and information requirements
Each answer identifies the rule, applicable conditions, carrier requirements, information requiring human review, check date and source.
Can chemicals without mainland dangerous goods packaging documents always be exported via Hong Kong?
Rule and explanation: Not necessarily. Documentation depends on the cargo location, place of departure, mode of transport, classification and actual route. Hong Kong-origin carrier requirements must be checked separately from mainland export and cross-border road requirements. Routing via Hong Kong does not automatically waive mainland documentation or road transport obligations. Submit the full MSDS, quantities, packaging, location and destination for a shipment-specific review.
Conditions: Check the specific cargo, quantities, packaging and route under current rules.
Carrier requirements: Confirm carrier acceptance conditions and additional documents for each shipment.
Human review: A business review is required before booking; it is not carrier approval.

Can all dangerous goods weighing less than 1 kg be shipped as IATA excepted quantities (EQ)?
Rule and explanation: No. EQ eligibility depends on the E0–E5 code for the specific UN entry and the net quantity in each inner and outer package, not the total shipment weight. E0 does not permit EQ. For E1/E2/E3, the inner-package limit is 30 g or 30 mL; outer-package limits are 1,000, 500 and 300 g or mL respectively. For E4/E5, the inner limit is 1 g or 1 mL; outer limits are 500 and 300 g or mL respectively. Packaging, marking, training and carrier conditions must also be checked, and carrier acceptance confirmed.
Conditions: Check the specific cargo, quantities, packaging and route under current rules.
Carrier requirements: Confirm carrier acceptance conditions and additional documents for each shipment.

Can a Chinese-only MSDS be used for international air shipment?
Rule and explanation: A Chinese-only MSDS can be used for an initial information review. The required language version and supplementary information for shipment must be confirmed with the actual carrier and for the origin and destination. Where an English or bilingual version is required, a party responsible for the product information should check the content and revision. An MSDS does not replace other required transport documents or carrier acceptance. No carrier is assumed to accept a Chinese-only version in every case.
Conditions: Check the specific cargo, quantities, packaging and route under current rules.

How long can a −78°C cold chain be maintained?
Rule and explanation: Assess duration against the target temperature range, packaging, payload, ambient conditions, route and any permitted dry-ice replenishment. Original project temperature records have not been provided, so no actual hold time or validated GENORDA result is claimed. Supplier-rated specifications apply only to their stated test conditions. An offline logger stores data locally; network uploads depend on the device, connectivity and carrier permission. Readout after delivery is a data-delivery step, not live in-flight monitoring. Agree the logger type, recording interval, readout method and deliverable records for the project.
Conditions: Check the specific cargo, quantities, packaging and route under current rules.
Carrier requirements: Confirm carrier acceptance conditions and additional documents for each shipment.

Do powder chemicals always require a transport classification report?
Rule and explanation: Not necessarily. Powder form alone does not determine transport classification or the required report. The composition, MSDS, origin, mode of transport, route and carrier review requirements must be checked for the individual shipment. A Hong Kong route does not automatically waive mainland export, cross-border road or destination import documentation. Missing or unclear classification information may require additional documents or a requested assessment.
Conditions: Check the specific cargo, quantities, packaging and route under current rules.

How to use this information
Earlier unconditional marketing statements are not used as evidence. Information on this page follows these principles:
- •Any published historical data must state the measurement period, sample size, applicable conditions and supporting records.
- •Verified temperature results apply only to the stated test or project conditions and do not guarantee the duration or performance of later shipments.
- •Documentation requirements depend on the origin, transport mode, cargo classification and current carrier review for the shipment.
- •Where agreed records are available, they may support a customer quality review. Their availability must be confirmed for the project; they are not regulatory certification or an audit conclusion.
