Export services for companies in China

GENORDA provides chemical and dangerous goods export services for companies in China, with Hong Kong as its core operating hub. Customers can request an assessment without choosing a departure gateway in advance.

Who can enquire?

Chemical businesses, research companies, traders and laboratories in mainland China can submit cargo information for assessment.

Where is the work performed?

Mainland coordination is arranged per project through Shenzhen Kangjienuoda International Logistics Co., Ltd. or the actual executing party. GENORDA handles Hong Kong operations within its actual service and permission scope.

How is the destination assessed?

Each shipment is reviewed for classification, quantity, packaging, recipient import readiness and carrier requirements. Mainland pickup area, vehicle qualifications, handover point and fees require separate confirmation.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Service suitability and enquiry checklist

Review these conditions before preparing an enquiry. Preliminary review, carrier acceptance and a final quotation are separate steps. RV International nominal hold times are product data. Actual performance depends on model, configuration, conditioning, loading, environment and opening; there is no universal 120-hour or transit-duration guarantee.

Suitable clients

  • Businesses shipping chemicals, research samples or other temperature-sensitive goods within a defined temperature range; cargo hazards require a separate review.
  • Customers comparing RV International insulated containers, other suitable packaging and monitoring configurations, with cargo dimensions and weight available.
  • Customers able to confirm route, schedule, loading and destination receipt conditions; nominal hold time is not an end-to-end temperature guarantee.

Documents and cargo details

  • State the target temperature range, permitted excursions and maximum transport window, with acceptance criteria confirmed by the party responsible for the goods.
  • Provide product name, hazards/MSDS or technical data, count, actual dimensions and weight; identify any proposed dry ice, liquid nitrogen or other refrigerant.
  • Provide cargo location, full delivery address, planned date, receipt availability and importer readiness.
  • Provide the proposed packaging model, temperature configuration and available validation records; specify logger, connectivity/alerts and data export requirements in advance.

Review steps

  1. Assess cargo hazards and refrigerant hazards separately, then confirm carrier acceptance of both and their packaging combination.
  2. Check usable space, packed weight, conditioning and loading requirements, and whether validation conditions fit the planned route.
  3. Confirm expected milestones, delay allowance, whether refrigerant replenishment is feasible, and receipt conditions; identify any step that cannot be arranged.
  4. Agree logger placement, data export and handover records, then confirm the quotation before packing and shipment.

Possible reasons for refusal

  • An undefined temperature range/excursion criterion, or insufficient validation for the cargo/route, may pause arrangements.
  • Unaccepted cargo/refrigerant or dry ice packaging that cannot release gas pressure requires correction or another arrangement.
  • Cargo beyond the selected container’s size/weight capacity, or a noncompliant temperature/monitoring configuration, requires reselection.
  • Unavailable receipt, missing import documents or expected delays beyond the confirmed protection conditions may make the original schedule unsuitable.

Cost components

  • Confirm insulated container purchase, packaging materials, refrigerant/phase-change materials, conditioning and packing charges for the actual plan.
  • Confirm freight using the chargeable weight including packaging, refrigerant and monitoring equipment, and the selected service.
  • Itemise temperature loggers, connectivity/alerts, data export and agreed record preparation by configuration.
  • Itemise applicable refrigerant/DG surcharges, collection/handover, replenishment, destination delivery and returns; state who pays taxes and exception costs.

Rule sources

Checked on

· This date records the check of public rule sources and the service conditions described on this page. The rules in force and carrier confirmation apply to each shipment.

After preparing your cargo details, share them by WeCom or email. Acceptance and the final quotation require confirmation for the shipment.

PACKAGING + TRANSPORT

Include Packaging Selection in the Complete Shipping Plan

Plan each step, from confirming the requirements to collecting proof-of-delivery records, against the actual route and operating conditions.

01

Temperature-Controlled Packaging Selection

Matches the insulated shipping container and thermostat configurations according to the target temperature zone, cargo size and transport plan.

02

Cross-Border Transport Coordination

Coordinated delivery, handover and destination arrangements, condition of shipment for each ship and required documentation.

03

Temperature Record Management

Support transport temperature records for export and submission of data by project needs configuration.

RV INTERNATIONAL

Silica Core
VIP Vacuum Insulation Panels

The RV international version uses silicon dioxide as a VIP vacuum insulation plate filling material, focusing on the balance of insulation performance with the weight of the material, as a cooperative package for GENORDA cold-chain logistics.

Select Materials and Containers for the Required Configuration

According to the product material, the Silicon dioxide programme has a lighter, more costly and more temperature-preserving character under the equivalent volume compared to the fibreglass filling programme.

Material discrepancies do not equal the full volume reduction commitment. The full weight of the box also depends on the size and temperature configuration, based on the corresponding model parameters and the export review.

Parameters are extracted from 2026-09-29 product information. The calibration calibration of weight and the temperature-preservation test environment, loading conditions and determination criteria shall be further confirmed at the selection of the type. Nominal temperature-preservation periods do not represent a time limit for the transport and do not guarantee the temperature of the actual route.
PROJECT OPTIONS

Cold Chain Accessories Selected for Each Project

Portable Temperature-Controlled Packaging

Assess the appropriate configuration of the portable insulated shipping package and phase temperature control package in conjunction with the small volume of mildly sensitive cargo needs.

Bulk Temperature-Controlled Transport

The mass may be further assessed for thermo-control trays or modular-temperature-control equipment, which are aligned by route and loading requirements.

Temperature Monitoring Options

Select offline records or network monitoring on the basis of the project. Overseas networking, alarm and data export capabilities are confirmed by equipment and destination.

FAQ

Cold Chain FAQ

How do you choose the RV international model?

Provide the required temperature range, actual cargo dimensions, quantity, weight, origin, destination and planned shipment date. We assess usable space, packed weight and route conditions before selecting a configuration.

Is the temperature-preservation period equal to the number of days that can be transported?

No. The table lists nominal product parameters. Actual performance depends on test conditions, temperature configuration, loading, environment and opening. Check relevant validation information and route arrangements before shipment.

Does the page weight contain goods?

The current list only indicates "weight" and does not provide a complete description of the composition. The page is displayed by the original information value, and the configuration and inclusion of the relevant parts are to be confirmed at the selection and cannot be directly as the final billing weight.

Can you provide a temperature record?

Temperature logging equipment and data export can be coordinated for the project. Real-time connectivity and alerts depend on the device, destination network and transport conditions. Agree the handover record scope before shipment.
