Multiple chemical products: item and box preparation
Collect data for each product, inner packaging and outer box; small total weight does not establish EQ eligibility or permission to mix.
BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
Service suitability and enquiry checklist
Review these conditions before preparing an enquiry. Preliminary review, carrier acceptance and a final quotation are separate steps. Options depend on complete cargo details, the requirements of each transport leg and carrier acceptance. You do not need to choose a departure gateway first.
Suitable clients
Research businesses, CROs, laboratories and suppliers planning to ship several reagents or chemical products together.
Customers with small quantities of each product whose item classifications and box allocations are not yet organised.
Customers needing separate decisions on one shipment, mixed packing and box splitting rather than a total-weight check alone.
Documents and cargo details
A D04 product list with names, CAS numbers where available, complete MSDS documents, transport classification information and intended use.
Net quantity, container count, material and closure details for each inner packaging.
A D05 box allocation listing products and quantities in each outer box, dimensions, gross weights and packaging photographs.
Check information and transport classification product by product and resolve gaps first.
Review inner and outer quantity limits and packing requirements separately; total weight alone does not establish EQ eligibility.
Review compatibility and box allocation; one shipment and mixed packing are separate decisions.
Submit the reviewed box list for carrier acceptance checks and compare applicable costs.
Possible reasons for refusal
Put mixed-packing or EQ confirmation on hold if any product classification, net quantity or box allocation is unclear.
Correct or separate incompatible products or non-compliant packaging combinations.
Do not include an unaccepted product simply because the other products can be shipped.
Cost components
Freight based on the confirmed number of boxes, dimensions and chargeable weight.
Applicable dangerous goods, fuel, remote area and other carrier surcharges.
Agreed information preparation, declarations, packaging, labels and box-splitting charges.
Check pickup, transfers, storage, clearance and destination costs separately; one shipment or fewer boxes does not guarantee a lower total cost.

Checked on
· This date records the check of public rule sources and the service conditions described on this page. The rules in force and carrier confirmation apply to each shipment.
After preparing your cargo details, share them by WeCom or email. Acceptance and the final quotation require confirmation for the shipment.
Use D04 for product/MSDS/quantity entries and D05 for box allocation. Authorized review must confirm compatibility, applicable limits and acceptance; a single waybill and a mixed outer box are different decisions.
Information required
Product names and complete MSDS revisions
Origin, destination/postcode and requested delivery date
Quantity per inner packaging, piece counts and box dimensions/weights
Available packaging photographs and previous carrier responses
Fictional delivery sample — not a completed shipment
Fictional input: samples A/B are proposed for one shipment, but inner quantities and box allocations are unspecified.
Example output: complete the D04 item list and D05 box allocation. One shipment, mixed packing and EQ eligibility are assessed separately; no automatic approval is issued.
