Temperature Log Selection and Full-Range Temperation Monitoring Program

Comparison of recording and control services from the perspective of data back and back management, indicating how equipment information, reporting delivery, warning duties and unusual records should be confirmed.

Make clear what evidence you need.

Before selecting the recorder, the quality manager should indicate what proof is required, who will review the record and which report format the recipient will accept. The fact that the equipment is thermostatic does not mean that it has met the quality requirements of a particular product.

This paper discusses data and liability management for commercial transport, and does not provide monitoring parameters or conservation programmes for specific biological materials.

Distinguishing the three service concepts

ConceptMain usesWhat do you need additional confirmation?
Temperature indicatorProvides a state-specific hintAffordability of evidence required by the recipient
Temperature recordsPreservation of historical data during transportData access, completeness and reporting delivery
Networking monitoringTransmission of information under connectable conditionsCoverage, accountability for receiving and responding to warnings

Having a history does not amount to real-time warning; The ability to send a warning does not mean that the service provider will provide a 24/7 manual response. These elements should be identified separately in procurement and commissioning.

What documents can be reconciled before procurement?

  • Type of equipment, unique identifier and supplier description.
  • The calibration required by the quality team or the relevant applicable documentation.
  • Data export formats, software or account usage requirements.
  • Whether the report contains a correspondence between equipment, packages and time information.
  • If the equipment involves batteries or wireless communications, whether or not the proposed carrier service is acceptable.

The application of the equipment shall be determined by quality in conjunction with the party responsible for the transport; This does not set a uniform precision, sampling interval or placement.

What are the responsibilities to be covered by the “wholly process”?

It is recommended that the terms of reference and the handover nodes be clearly documented in the letters of authority, indicating who will start to manage the records, who will receive them and who will read them, and who will register the intermediate changes. Cross-regional projects should also agree on time benchmarks to be used for reporting, and avoid different timings to influence the reconciliation of events.

The relevant quality guidance for WHO relates to the transport monitoring system. For an enterprise, the equipment selection will require a documented function, record-keeping and unusual processing arrangement.

After the anomaly, keep the facts.

It is recommended that raw data, reports and related handover records be maintained and that designated persons be notified in accordance with established procedures. Temperatures beyond the agreed range, data gaps and equipment malfunctions should be described separately, and abnormal data cannot be built, removed or modified on their own.

The continued use of the product should be judged by the authorized quality manager. Logistics service providers provide transport facts and related records and should not substitute for quality assessments based only on readings at a given point in time.

Do not omit data services when proposing

It should be determined who is responsible for the acquisition or lease of equipment, account use, report generation, manual alarm response and recovery services, respectively, and whether they are included in the quotations. When the recipient requests a particular reporting format, it is advisable to test the sample report before shipment.

FAQ

Is it enough to read at the time of delivery?

The adequacy should be determined by quality requirements. A single reading does not automatically represent the entire prior transport process.

Is there a recorder that can guarantee that there is no temperature anomaly?

Records and controls are different functions. Records may support traceability, but they do not automatically eliminate transport risks.

What about the report being lost or data incomplete?

It should be reported as an abnormal procedural matter and assessed by the responsible party, and the missing part cannot be considered as having met the requirements.
